Darren R. Marks received his law degree from Touro College's Jacob D. Fushsberg Law Center after completing his undergraduate studies in Economics at California State University. He presently serves as the Treasurer of the Lexington Democractic Club. Darren has also  served as a delegate to New York County's Judicial Nominating Convention.

Darren concentrates his practice on the representation of cases involving Land and Building Owners, as well as Directors and Officers of corporations and non-profits organizations. His particular experience focues in areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Appellate Practice, Construction Litigation, Contractual indemnification, Election Law, Premise, Property and Security Liability.
