Matthew E. Markoff received a full law scholarship from Touro Law School, where he graduated Salutatorian and received his law degree. He received his undergraduate degree in political science from Binghamton University.

Matthew practices in areas of Automobile and Transportation, Construction and Insurance. His particular focus lies in areas of Construction Accidents, Construction Defect, General Liability, Large Property Loss, and No-Fault/Uninsured Motorist Coverage.
