David E. Mazure, Founder and Member of Smith Mazure's Executive Committee, concentrates his practice on cases involving the Car and Truck Rental, Construction, Hotel and Restaurant, Insurance, Land and Building Owners, Manufacturing and Transportation industries as well as Municipal Government.

David began his legal career in the ranks of two major insurance carriers, advancing from property adjuster to evaluator and later to claims attorney. He founded the original law firm over 30 years ago with David Smith and gained prominence as Past President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of the City of New York.
