Domenic Scaglione is an Associate Attorney with Smith Mazure, P.C. He earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was awarded a full-tuition scholarship and selected for the LGBT+ Rights Fellowship. Prior to law school, Domenic obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Baruch College.

Domenic is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He recently passed the Florida Bar Examination and is currently pending admission to the Florida Bar. He is an active member of both the American Bar Association and the LGBTQ+ Bar Association.
