Daniel K. Joseph is an experienced attorney who has been involved in all aspects of litigation including complex matters in the areas of Construction Accidents, Construction Defect, General Liability, Automobile and Transportation, Large Property Loss, No-Fault/Uninsured Motorist Coverage and Personal Injury before all courts in the state of New York.
